Introduction: A developing country surrounded by many problems that hinder its development. These problems aren’t decreasing as talented people are settled abroad. A survey says a vast number of students go abroad for studies every year, but after completion, they don’t come back to their motherland. So the country suffers from incompetence.

Today’s Talent Observation: Nowadays, students are more advanced and more up to date then past. As a result, they keep knowledge of every corner of the world blessed on the internet. This global time it is easy to get in touch with international institutions. Students want to handcuff this opportunity by entering any developed country to get a better education.

Why abroad is a better option for study: If a student wants something new, excited, challenging, and overall a better educational background, he should choose international level institutions. The fact is these institutions are mostly situated in developing countries. No doubt foreign languages will be at his fingertips, he will be risk-takers. The best job opportunities and careers will be pleased to get this talent.

Why abroad is better for settling: Over time, life driven demands are changing. Again many reasons are responsible for these demands.

Every year, a large number of young talent go abroad for higher studies. And the bitter truth is they prefer to live here and don’t want to return to Bangladesh. We have tried to search the reason behind it and found some of this occurrence’s average possibilities.

Better Opportunities: Everyone cherish for living in favorable and advantageous circumstances. Many developed countries are available for working with a more and more young talent full of potentialities.

Social-Political Environment: A sound healthcare system with a healthy political environment is alluring for anyone. Political and social stability attract physical and mental investors wherein Bangladeshi people are burdened with dirty politics and bureaucracy.

How to Retain Talent: Here, I have tried to set up a step-by-step plan to persuade young talents to live in a foreign country.

Step 1, Personal aspects: It’s one’s own choice to get comfortable and where he wants to settle. To retain them is compulsory for increasing inner intention. Its ordinary people want to live in a place full of comfort, better livelihood, and benefits with career opportunities. If we’re going to back our talent, we have to ensure this quality.

Step 2, Social Environment: It’s all about our social divination and backgrounds. When anyone has the intention to do something in their land, they are claimant to get an accepted society. Society has to keep peace with anyone’s thoughts. And bureaucracy should be controlled so that any start-up gets a chance to be grown-up.

Step 3, Step 4, Cultural Values: Young generation intends to risk change, and for this, they are considered power. A developed country’s culture drives everyone to respect different schools of thought wherein Bangladesh, and it is a bitter truth that people prioritize societal acceptance than a different true one. These trends need to be changed so that our young talent encourages them to apply their derived knowledge in their motherland.

Step 4, Governmental Issues: It is the higher authority, so absolute power is in their hand. The whole plan will be ruined without proper surveillance of higher. They have to maintain a level playing field by prioritizing qualified people to reduce corruption, expand enough areas for young graduates, and help start-up businesses without harassment.
